Wheelchair Becky, part of the Barbie line. Apparently fairly rare. I find it kind of funny because little boys and girls can now apparently play evangelist and cure "Wheelchair Becky" of being cripple. That is unless Mattel decided to put a tether on her ass to keep her in the chair....then it just get's weird.
